JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-09-2016 The petitioner retied from the post of Sweeper, Nagar Parishad, Madhubani on 28.2.2011. The petitioner submits that the respondent authorities vide Memo no. 868 dated 31.12.2014 have made payment of Rs.9,086/- towards the provident fund without furnishing her any detailed calculation chart in this regard. The petitioner further submits that she has neither been given Group insurance amount, gratuity, leave encashment nor she has been granted benefit of time bond promotion. If the petitioner files a representation before the Executive officer, Nagar Parishad, Madhubani, respondent no.2, he would decide the claim of the petitioner by a speaking order and would ensure payment of admitted dues of the petitioner within three months from the date of receipt of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.7989 of 2015 (3) dt.17-09-2016 2/2 representation along with a copy of this order. The writ petition stand disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
