The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No. 315 of 2020 registered under Sections 272. 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Neither petitioner is the owner of the alleged motorcycle nor he has any concern with the recovered materials. Further he submits that the owner of the alleged motorcycle is co-accused Atikur Rahaman, as contained in supplementary affidavit.

Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
