The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sahajitpur P.S. Case No.113 of 2020 registered under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the name of the petitioner has surfaced merely on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Except confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the above facts and circumstances

No.49373 of 2021(2) dt.29-03-2022 2/2 of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of learned J.M., Chapra, Saran in connection with Sahajitpur P.S. Case No.113 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
