2. The petitioners are in custody since 13.04.2016 in connection with Doriganj P.S. Case No. 35 of 2016 for the offences alleged under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated merely on suspicion and on the extrajudicial confessional statement of co-accused Bablu Yadav. Similarly situated co-accused Gabbar Nut @ Gabar Nut has been granted bail by this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 30157 of 2016.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten
