Petitioner is accused in connection with Kurtha (Manikpur) P.S. Case No. 4 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b) a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 09.01.2017. Learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that live cartridges in large number were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
