JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 420, 384, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner was allegedly collecting Rs.20/- to Rs.50/- from the villagers for construction of toilet. According to the prosecution case itself, the aforesaid collection was being made by the petitioner on the direction of one co-accused Dinesh Paswan. Petitioner is in jail custody since 22.3.2016 and the investigation against him has already been completed.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28661 of 2016 (2) dt.19-07-2016 2/2 thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No.118 of 2016.
