This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act.

About eight liters liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 27.10.2016. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with GRP Patna Jn P.S. Case No. 329 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Railway, Patna , or successor Court.
