2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 219 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 509, 354(B), 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 6 of the POCSO Act.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 10.10.2022 and he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. From perusing the material available on record,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41440 of 2023(2) dt.14-07-2023 2/2 the allegations against the petitioner is of serious nature and the victim girl is around 15 years old.

7. In these circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present.

8. Accordingly, this application stands rejected.

9. The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.
