JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The name of petitioner was disclosed by the coaccused Shivratan Paswan who along with the co-accused Ramjeet Kumar was caught on the spot. The idols are said to have been recovered from the house of co-accused Shivratan Paswan. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 31.05.2016. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Gurua P.S.Case No. 03 of 2016.
