2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Lakhisarai Cyber P.S. Case No. 15 of 2025 instituted for the offences under Sections 318(4) and 319(2) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 66(c) and 66(d) of the Information Technology Act.
3. As per prosecution case, the accusation against the petitioner is of being involved in Cyber fraud as also cheating the innocent people in the name of getting loans by impersonating himself as a fake agent of Dhani Finance Company.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged against him and has falsely been implicated in the present case on account of suspicion and dirty local party politics. He further submits that though the police has recovered one mobile and SIM from the possession of the petitioner but none of them belongs to the petitioner. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is languishing in judicial custody since 28.03.2025 without any rhymes or reason.
5. On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner, stating that the offence alleged against the petitioner is serious in nature. The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and, hence, he does not deserve bail.
6. Having heard rival contention of both the parties and considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, the period of custody of the petitioner and the petitioner having no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, abovenamed, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40427 of 2025(2) dt.03-07-2025 3/3 Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Lakhisarai Cyber P.S. Case No. 15 of 2025.
