07. 11.05.2016 The Petitioner seeks cancellation of bail granted to the private Opposite Party No. 2 by this Court's orders dated 12.03.2013 and 07.08.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6708 of 2013 in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 177 of 2012 pending before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna on the ground of liberty granted to the Petitioner that she could move this Court for cancellation of bail if the Opposite Party No. 2 acts in any manner which was detrimental to her interest. It has been submitted on behalf of the Petitioner that subsequently once again her husband assaulted her on account of which she filed a fresh case and, hence, his bail bond was cancelled.

Be that as it may, considering that there is no medical support in regard to such submission, I find no merit in the application and, hence, it is dismissed.
