1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Cyber P.S. Case No. 35 of 2025 dated 20.03.2025 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Section(s) 79 of the B.N.S. and Sections 67 and 67A of the I.T. Act.

3. The main submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel are that the petitioner has been falsely roped in the alleged viral video relating to the obscene video of the women, in fact, he simply liked that video which was received by him on his mobile phone and in this regard, he has made specific statement in paragraph no. 10 of his petition. It is further submitted that the petitioner has been languishing in jail since 23.03.2025 and all the alleged offences are triable by the Court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41485 of 2025(2) dt.11-07-2025 2/2 of Magistrate and the investigation has been completed against him, though against him there are criminal antecedents of two cases but he is on bail in the said cases.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel and mainly taking into account the petitioner's young age, his custody period and completion of investigation against him, this court is inclined to release him on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be enlarged on bail in connection with Cyber P.S. Case No. 35 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
