The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kazi Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 51 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had resigned from the dealership and thereafter this false and fabricated case has been filed by the informant due to mala fide intention.

Considering the aforesaid fact, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49345 of 2021(2) dt.25-04-2022 2/2 of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, East, Muzaffarpur in connection with Kazi Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 51 of 2020 7, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
