The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Pasraha P.S.Case No. 133 of 2017 registered under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.

Submission is that it's a case of false implication as it is indicated from the seizurelist that witnesses are police personnels and petitioner is in custody since 14.11.2017. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Pravin Kumar @ Pravin Singh @ D.C.Singh, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. Sammi Kujur, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Khagaria in connection with Pasraha P.S. Case No. 133 of 2017.
