SINHA ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 08-06-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioners has filed supplementary affidavit, which is taken on record. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners are the Graduate Trained Teachers. They have filed this writ petition asserting that payment of their salary has been stopped from January, 2015 as in the school in which they are

Patna High Court CWJC No.8311 of 2015 dt.08-06-2015 2/2 posted there does not exist any post of Graduate Trained Teacher and their salary is being drawn against the vacant post of the Headmaster but in the scale of Graduate Trained Teacher. The concerned Treasury Officer has taken objection to the aforesaid arrangement and has stopped payment of salary from January, 2015. Let petitioners represent before the District Magistrate, Gaya annexing a copy of this order on the basis of which the District Magistrate, Gaya shall pass appropriate order in the matter after seeking instruction from the Treasury Officer, Gaya and the District Education Officer, Gaya as early as possible in any case within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The application stands disposed of.
