Petitioner, already in custody since 30.10.2017, seeks bail in Town PS Case No. 608 of 2017, registered under Sections 25(1b)a, 26(1), 27 and 35 of the Arms Act of the IPC. The allegation in brief is that one country made pistol with two live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since last ten months, there is no independent witness of the seizure and the seizure list witnesses are police personnel.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner Sonu Kumar @ Fighter is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Begusarai in connection with Town PS Case No. 608 of 2017.
