This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 4.3.2020, passed in Cr.Misc.No.13063 of 2020. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that due to countrywide lockdown since 22.3.2020, petitioner could not surrender before the Court below within the time as directed by this Court vide order dated 7.7.2020.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, modification petition is allowed. Petitioner is granted four weeks further time to surrender before the Court below in connection with Barhara Police Station Case No. 05 of 2004. Order dated 4.3.2020 is modified to the extent indicated above.
