====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 18-04-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks after complete start of the physical Court. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 12.04.2021, charge-sheet has been submitted and has antecedent of two cases.

The informant alleges that three motorcycle borne miscreants came to his petrol pump and looted Rs.1,40,000/- and, after committing the occurrence, fled away.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that informant has very clearly stated in the FIR that all the

It is further submitted that this petitioner was arrested in Sakra P.S. Case No. 61 of 2021 and was made to confess his participation in the present occurrence and, thereafter, he was remanded in the present case.

Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 12.04.2021, charge-sheet has been submitted and name of the petitioner came in the confessional statement as submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 18 of 2020, subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be the father (Mahendra Prasad) of the petitioner and if the petitioner gets implicated in a case of similar nature, the learned court below shall forthwith cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
