Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Recovery of huge quantity of liquor is alleged from a truck. Two persons were apprehended from the truck. One of them disclosed name of one Pappu Singh as co-culprit and Pappu Singh disclosed the name of the petitioner. Submission is that petitioner has no concern with the truck or the recovered liquor.

Considering the facts of this case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees
