The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kasba P.S. Case No. 73 of 2019 registered under Sections 467/468/471/419/420 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. The informant has played a fraud with the petitioner by handing over a false sale deed. Thereafter, petitioner filed an Informatory Petition (Annexure-2) before the Court below.
