2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Siwan Town P.S. Case No. 152 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The allegation against the petitioner is of indulged in issuance of SIM card, based upon the forged and fabricated documents with the help of other accused persons, including the distributor of Ambey Telecom.
4. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted that the omnibus nature of allegation has been levelled against the petitioner of issuing the SIM cards based upon the forged and fabricated documents. The details of persons under suspicion has been given but out of which it appears that only

No.42388 of 2025(3) dt.15-10-2025 2/3 one person namely, Arjun Kumar Bansfor has obtained the SIM card from the shop of the petitioner, namely, Iman Mobile Shop; it might be a case where the petitioner be cheated, who has been operating retailer shop of Mobile and SIM cards. The petitioner has also produced POS Agreement with the Bharti Airtel Ltd. The petitioner has been running his shop based upon the aforesaid agreement and there is no other previous complaint, all the more the petitioner bears fair antecedent and he undertakes that he will fully cooperate in the investigation and the proceeding of the court. It is the contention of the petitioner that the SIM card issued in favour of co-accused Arjun Kumar Bansfor has been done after proper verification at the lelvel of the Company itself.
5. On the other hand, learned Advocate for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that the there is serious allegation against the petitioner of issuing the SIM cards based upon the forged and fabricated documents.
6. Regard being had to the submissions made on behalf of the learned Advocates for the respective parties and considering the nature of accusation which are mainly based upon the documents and it is not a case of prosecution that the custodial interrogation is required, besides the fair antecedent,

No.42388 of 2025(3) dt.15-10-2025 3/3 let the petitioner abovenamed be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Siwan Town P.S. Case No. 152 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, with the further condition that one of the bailors shall be the own/close family members of the petitioner.
