Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 47 of the Excise Act.

5.1 liters Nepali country made liquor kept in 17 bottles were recovered from the possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 9.5.2016.

Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case at the behest of his enemy and, as a matter of fact, nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
