JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State as well as learned counsel representing the informant.

This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant states, on the basis of instructions, that the dispute between the petitioner and informant has already been resolved and he does not object to grant of privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

In view of the above, let the petitioner, abovenamed, in the event of his arrest or surrender before
