Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Morhowrah P. S. case no. 403/2014 registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. It would appear from the first information report that a quarrel took place in the marriage ceremony and the petitioner is said to have given Daab blow on the head of injured Darshan Sah. Annexure 2 series reveals that injured Darshan Sah sustained, altogether, three injuries out of which one injury is said to be caused by sharp cutting weapon but all injuries were found simple in nature.

Accordingly, in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs
