The petitioner seeks bail in Palanwa P.S. Case No. 03 of 2017 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Two persons were carrying liquor on a cycle, but on chase, the petitioner was apprehended and from the cycle 32 liters of liquor kept in 108 bottles was recovered and for that the petitioner is in jail since 06.01.2017. The petitioner has already remained in jail for three months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
