The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 341, 323, 325, 379, 504, 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by a detailed order dated 17.01.2022 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 27350 of 2021, the bail application of the petitioner was rejected.

It is next submitted that this is the second attempt of the petitioner to seek bail and the petitioner is in custody since 21.12.2020.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

No.41331 of 2023(2) dt.05-07-2023 2/2 Considering the period of custody and the stand of the petitioner which stands recorded in the order dated 17.01.2022 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 27350 of 2021, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Dumrao P.S. Case No. 419 of 2020.

One of the bailors of the petitioner shall be his father namely Nago Chaudhary.

Further, in the event, if the learned Trial Court comes to a conclusion that petitioner after his release is trying to delay the trial in any manner, then the learned Trial Court shall be at liberty to cancel his bail bonds and to take all coercive steps to ensure that petitioner is behind bar.
