In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No. 37 of 2011 registered for offence under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made that unknown persons looted the motor cycle and the mobile of the informant. Later on, motorcycle was recovered and looted mobile was used by the petitioner through his own SIM.
The petitioner has criminal history of similar nature of cases. It appears that the petitioner is misusing the privilege of bail.
This Court is not inclined to grant bail to the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32692 of 2016 (2) dt.20-08-2016 2/2 petitioner. The court below is directed to conclude the trial within a period of nine months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. If the trial is not concluded within the prescribed period, the petitioner will have to liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
With the above observation and direction, this petition is rejected.
