In the present petition, the petitioner has mainly prayed for direction to the Respondents to pay salary from 01.11.2009.

Learned State Counsel submits that the petitioner has already been paid salary. This submission was not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the fact that the relief, which has been sought for in the present writ petition, has already been redressed,
