JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-10-2016 Heard Sri Sheojee Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AC to Addl. Advocate General no.12. In the present petition, the petitioner has mainly prayed for direction to the Respondents to pay salary from 01.11.2009.

Learned State Counsel submits that the petitioner has already been paid salary. This submission was not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the fact that the relief, which has been sought for in the present writ petition, has already been redressed,

Patna High Court CWJC No.4667 of 2011 (5) dt.05-10-2016 2/2 there is no reason to keep the matter pending. The writ petition stands disposed of.
