Petitioners are accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 726 of 2016 arising out of Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 127 of 2016 registered under Sections 363, 365/34 of the I.P.C. and later on, sections 364, 302 and 201 were added. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that similarly situated co-accused Ashok Kumar Singh @ Ashok Singh has already been allowed bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 54208 of 2016 on 20.02.2017. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 15.09.2016. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on
