JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 324, 506, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 (I) (X) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
It is alleged that the petitioner being the neighbour of the informant made assault to the informant by Gupti. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the injury has been found to be simple.
Considering the fact that the injury report reflects sharp cutting injury, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22514 of 2015 (2) dt.07-07-2015 2/2 weeks in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 927 of 2014 pending in the court of learned CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
