2. The petitioner is in custody since 17.05.2016 in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 55 of 2016 for the offences alleged under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(A) of the Excise Act.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated with allegation that he was tapping illicit country made liquor and only two and half litres of the country made liquor was recovered from his house. The petitioner claims clean antecedent
4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-14, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Sangrampur P.S.
