Petitioner is accused in connection with Vishnupad P.S. Case No. 191 of 2016 registered under Sections 420, 274, 275 of the I.P.C. and section 33FFB, 33EEC and 33E of the Drugs and Cosmetic Act, 1940.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case on suspicion. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. During investigation no one has supported the prosecution case. Petitioner is in custody since 21.01.2017. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on
