Petitioner seeks bail in Excise Case No.71-C-2 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that 276.14 litres illicit liquor has been from the tank adjacent to the house of the petitioner. There is no recovery from conscious possession of the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 15.05.2019 having clean antecedents.
