JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 11-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Petitioner is the husband of the deceased who has been found dead by the informant, brother of deceased and further, during course thereof, black sign was found around the neck of the deceased. It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that Bhaisur of the deceased have already been granted bail. It has also been submitted that there happens to be omnibus allegation.

At the other end the learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the prayer.

Considering the nature of the allegation, status of the petitioner and further, having the death of deceased unexplained at his end, prayer for bail is rejected.
