Through this application, the petitioner seeks direction to the respondents for payment of admitted dues of Rs. 21,24,400=00 along with the interest.
However, learned counsel for the State has submitted that the entire amount of the petitioner has been paid through cheque no. 193720 dated 23.01.2015 by which a sum of Rs. 19,77,816/- has been paid. He claims that the petitioner has given in writing that nothing is payable to him after such payment.
However, at the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner accepts that such amount has been paid but he says that
Patna High Court CWJC No.1962 of 2015 dt.18-02-2015 interest has not been paid. At the same time, the petitioner is not disputing the document which has been produced by learned counsel for the State which discloses that the petitioner's grievance has already been redressed. Let the copy of the letter produced by learned counsel for the State be kept in the record.
In such a situation, no further order can be passed as the petitioner does not dispute the payment and the document executed by him.
