Public Prosecutor for the State and also heard learned counsel for the informant.

Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Maker P. S. case no. 47/2014 registered under sections 304B, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner happens to be married sister-in-law of the deceased and contention on her behalf is that she was not at her matrimonial home at the time of alleged occurrence and furthermore, she does not have any concern with the affair of the family of husband of the deceased.

Learned counsel appearing for the informant submits that in course of investigation, witnesses stated that the petitioner was also present in the matrimonial home of the deceased at the time of alleged

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as relation of the petitioner with husband of the deceased, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in Maker P. S. case no. 47/2014 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
