Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned standing counsel 11. The petitioner seeks confirmation of bail in connection with Aurangabad (Mufassil) P.S. Case No. 105 of 2021 lodged under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act 2018.

Vide order dated 31.03.2022 provisional bail was granted to the petitioner in which direction given to co-operate in the investigation and to disclose name of persons, who were engaged in illicit trade of liquor. The state authority was also directed to submit their report.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48766 of 2021(9) dt.12-10-2022 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has filed supplementary affidavit, in which he has categorically stated about the truth relating to his role in the alleged wrong. Learned standing counsel 11 submits the State has also filed an affidavit in compliance of the order dated 31.03.2022.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the provisional bail of order dated 31.03.2022 is hereby confirmed.

With this observation, the bail application stands disposed of.
