The following reliefs have been sought for by the petitioner in the present writ application.
"1 (i) For issuance of Letter bearing Memo No. 1537 of 11.03.2014 issued under the signature of District Programme Officer (Estb.), Muzaffarpur, by which the Panchayat Secretary, Gram Panchayat, Naya Gaon, Aurie, was directed to cancel the appointment of the petitioner in accordance with law and to ensure compliance within a period of 24 hours for the reason that the petitioner has enhanced her qualification of Intermediate as
Patna High Court CWJC No.20373 of 2014 (2) dt.06-12-2017 2/2 regular student, remaining in service.
(ii) For quashing of consequential order bearing Memo No. 02 dated 15.03.2014 issued under signature of Panchayat Secretary Gram Panchayat Rajya, Naya Gao, Aurie, by which appointment of the petitioner to the post of Panchayat Teacher, Primary School, Hirani Tola Urdu, Aurie, was canalled on the ground that the petitioner has enhanced her qualification of Intermediate as regular student while in service.
(iii) For a direction on the respondent to reinstate the petitioner on the post of Panchayat Teacher, Primary School, Hirani Tola, Urdu, Aurie, Muzaffarpur, with consequential benefits of back wages."
Considering the reliefs as sought for by the petitioner in the present writ application, the petitioner is directed to prefer an application before the District Appellate Authority, Muzaffarpur, within a period of thirty days from the date of the order, which shall be disposed of in accordance with law, within the statutory period.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
