Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 386, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report but from perusal of Para-45 of the case diary I find that name of petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of coaccused, Ashish Kumar Rai and except the aforesaid confessional statement as well as some criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there appears to be nothing against him.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
