For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Gajendra Kumar Singh For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Dr. Indiwar Kumari ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 15-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel representing the State.

The petitioners want to renew their prayer of bail which was earlier rejected vide order dated 18.01.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48246 of 2015, on the ground that the petitioners are suffering in custody since 04.03.2015 and 11.03.2015 respectively and in spite of direction of this Court the trial has not been concluded within nine months, up-till-now only five prosecution witnesses have been examined.

Learned APP opposes the prayer of bail by submitting that the petitioners are also the assailants. In the facts and circumstances stated above, at present, finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer for bail of the petitioners, again their prayer for bail stands rejected.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5188 of 2017 (2) dt.15-02-2017 However, let the trial be expedited and concluded as early as possible, preferably within four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
