2. This modification application has been filed for extension of two weeks' time to surrender before the court below in term of the order dated 13.12.2023 passed by this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 61486 of 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that vide order dated 13.12.2023, petitioner was granted bail and six weeks' time was granted to the petitioners to surrender before the lower court. It is further submitted that the petitioners went to Punjab for earning their livelihood, where they would not

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to the aforesaid reason, the petitioners could not surrender before the lower court within time fixed by this Court. As such, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for extension of time to surrender the petitioners before the lower court.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and averments made in the application, this modification application is allowed.

5. Two weeks' further time from today is granted to the petitioners to surrender before the court below in terms of the order dated 13.12.2023 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 61486 of 2023.

6. The order dated 13.12.2023 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 61486 of 2023 stands modified to the aforesaid extent.
