Pursuant to order dated 29.07.2015, Mr. B.

Kartikey (respondent no. 3) is personally present in Court. Counter affidavit and show cause has been filed on behalf of the Bihar State Agriculture Marketing Board (since dissolved). It is submitted by learned counsel for the State that the officer present in Court joined on 3rd August, 2015 and payment of Contributory Provident Fund has been made but there are dues of Gratuity, Group Insurance, Leave Encashment and arrears accruing on account of revision pursuant to 5th and 6th pay revision report and a remaining amount of Rs. 8640/- under the CPF.

Patna High Court CWJC No.384 of 2015 (4) dt.10-08-2015 2/2 It is agreed by learned counsel for the Marketing Board that all admitted dues under the aforesaid head shall be paid to the petitioner latest within six weeks from today. The Board would also serve a copy of the detailed chart to the petitioner who, if dissatisfied with the same, may represent to the Administrator with supporting materials to explain such error in the calculation. If such a contingency arises and the petitioner files a representation in this regard within one week from communication of the calculation chart, upon verification it is found that there are errors in the calculation, the difference would be paid to the petitioner within a further period of three weeks.

The application stands disposed off in the aforementioned terms.

The appearance of the officer concerned stands dispensed with.
