JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is custody in a case registered under Sections 341, 447,323, 376, 504,506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The victim made allegation that the petitioner on the pretext of marriage with her, established physical relationship and when she became pregnant she was forcibly aborted. Later on, the petitioner refused to marry with her. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 19.04.2016. Charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. There is no allegation of tampering with the witnesses alleged against the petitioner. On the pretext of marriage the petitioner is alleged to have established physical

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let, above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Devesh Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class,Sikrahana at Dhanka, East Champaran in connection with Madhuban P.S.Case No. 90 of 2014.
