JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 04-02-2015 In terms of order passed in CWJC No. 15567 of 2011, the Secretary, Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board has passed the order vide order dated 24th November 2014. Grievance has been raised that though the petitioner was present but he was not heard, but the order shows otherwise.

This Court is not giving any opinion on the order passed by the Secretary, Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board which has been brought through the show cause which has been filed today. In view of the order aforesaid, there is no need to proceed in the matter any further. This contempt application is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner that if he feels aggrieved, he may approach the appropriate forum.

The order has been passed in presence of counsel for the State.
