Petitioner is accused in connection with Forbesganj (Simrah) P.S. Case No. 421 of 2016 registered under Section 304(B)/34 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected by this Court vide dated 12.05.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21232 of 2017. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 16.08.2016.

Taking into consideration the period of custody of the petitioner, the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
