Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hazipur Town P.S. Case No. 133 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the first information report is against unknown. Petitioner has been implicated in this case on basis of confessional statement of the co-accused. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 19.03.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36351 of 2019(3) dt.04-09-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishlai at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town P.S.
