The petitioner is Daudnagar Bar Association through its Secretary seeking a direction upon the respondent to take urgent steps for construction of the Court rooms and residential quarters/accommodations for the Sub-Divisional Courts at Daudnagar. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of Respondent no. 5 wherein it has been stated that total area of 3.68 acres have already been selected. The land belonged to the Agriculture

Patna High Court CWJC No.21870 of 2011 dt.21-12-2015 2/2 Department and as such, steps have already been taken to grant noobjection certificate so that the same can be developed for providing necessary infrastructure to the Civil Court premises including residential houses for the Judicial Officer and the Staff. It further appears that the respondents have also taken steps and technical sanction has been approved by the Building Construction Department and the details whereof have been cited in paragraph 8. It is further stated that as soon as the no-objection certificate from the Agriculture Department is received, further steps in right earnest shall be taken for improving the infrastructure for the Civil Court. Having regard to the statements made in the counter affidavit, in my view, the present application does not merit to be further pursued.

It is, accordingly, disposed of.
