2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 324, 307, 387and 506 of the Indian Penal Code .

3. As per the prosecution case , on the alleged date and time of occurrence , this petitioner came to the shop of the informant and demanded Rs. 40 thousand as rangdaari and on refusal he assaulted informant and his son by means of knife due to which they sustained injury . Doctor has found the injury simple in nature . Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Considering the nature of injury , clean antecedent of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case, in the

No.44330 of 2024(2) dt.25-07-2024 2/2 event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM Dehari (Rohtas) in connection with Dehri Nagar P.S. case No. 873 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
