The petitioner is in custody in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No. 103 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B) A/26 of the Arms Act.

A recovery of loaded pistol from the possession of the petitioner led to his arrest and it is considering the circumstances that his earlier attempt in Cr. Misc. No. 57882 of 2015 was rejected with a liberty to renew his prayer after six months and thus this application.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the circumstances, let the petitioner namely, Prince Kumar be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, District Patna in connection with Salimpur P.S.
