Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rupauli P>S. Case No. 241 of 2016 registered under Sections- 354B, 341, 342, 323, 506, 500 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter is of love affair. Both have been married and are living happily. Petitioner is neither the member of Panchayat Samiti nor he participated in the episode. His name has come merely because he is son of Mukhiya of the Panchayat in question. Petitioner has no criminal history and is in custody since 30.10.2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7560 of 2017 (2) dt.18-03-2017 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Purnia in connection with Rupauli P.S. Case No. 241 of 2016.
